John Bell, CA,
owner and Chief Executive Officer of Polymer Technologies Inc., is one Cambridge's most respected and innovative business leaders and entrepreneurs.
Polymer Technologies is an automotive supplier manufacturing switches, buttons and assemblies for GM, Ford, Chrysler and Honda. Polymer employees 375 people in its Bishop Street facility and is recognized as one of Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies.
Mr. Bell has been active in community life in Cambridge and has served on many Boards including Salvation Army, YMCA, Junior Achievement and Heritage Cambridge. He is also the past Chair of the Waterloo Region Police Services Board, Canada's Technology Triangle Accelerator Network and is currently Vice Chair of Cambridge North Dumphries Hydro.
Mr. Bell, a Chartered Accountant (Ernst & Young), is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario School of Business.
He has been recognized for his contribution to the Community by Conestoga College, Junior Achievement and was a finalist for Ontario's Entrepreneur of the Year.
Mr. Bell and his wife Dian have lived in Cambridge since 1974 and their three daughters were born at CMH.

Dennis Watson,
is the Vice President and General Manager of CTV Southwestern Ontario. He has senior management and consulting experience with many broadcasting companies in Canada and the United States, has lectured at many universities and colleges, and has been recognized for his volunteerism and community involvement. Mr. Watson provides a wealth of media, board, marketing and community expertise to the CMH Board of Governors.

Donovan Pavey,
is a partner in Pavey, Law & Wannop LLP, Barristers and Solicitors. He completed his Masters in Business Law in 1977 and currently his practice concentrates on business, municipal and commercial law. As resident of Cambridge for thirty years, he offers ample board experience through volunteering with various community organization such as the; YMCA, Kiwanis, Renison College, and Diabetes Association.

Frank Voss,
a registered professional engineer, is the General Manager of Information Systems at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada. He has more than 15 years of experience working with business and IT in a high-tech manufacturing setting.

John Pollock,
is the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Electrohome Limited of Kitchener. Mr. Pollock brings a wealth of board governance expertise to the CMH Board of Governors. He is a past member of the Board of Governors of Freeport Hospital and the University of Waterloo.

Robert Blowes,
is a partner and senior VP of Ernst & Young in Kitchener. A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, Mr. Blowes has practised as a CA since 1977 and received his CPA designation in 2002. In addition to his extensive auditing, consulting, and financial management experience with national and international companies, he holds diverse board experience including Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Regional Children?s Treatment Centre and is an Audit Committee Member of the Community Foundation.

Anita Davis,
is a senior executive with a significant background in international telecommunications enterprises. A former vice president with COM DEV International, Ms. Davis has experience in managing international joint ventures and in strategic and contract negotiations. She is currently managing director of Gyr Consulting, an independent management consulting company.

is a recently-retired senior business executive with extensive management experience in supply management, transportation, business planning, strategic development, public relations, information technology, marketing, human resources and industrial relations.
