The Board of Directors Cambridge Memorial Hospital 700 Coronation Blvd. Cambridge, ON N1R 3G2 The Board of Directors sets the strategic plan for the Hospital including the mission, vision and goals. It monitors compliance with government legislation and is responsible for approving the Hospital's budget to meet strategic goals. The Board approves credentialling of physicians, midwives, nurse practitioners and dentists so that they can have privileges at the Hospital. The Board also appoints the President, CEO and Chief of Staff of Cambridge Memorial Hospital. At present, the Board of Directors at Cambridge Memorial Hospital is composed of a committed group of professional volunteers:
