Where do I register a complaint?
You should speak to the Program Manager or Coordinator of the program first. If this has been done then the Patient Representative will assist you. The Patient Representative office is on the second level in the administration hallway.

Where is Employee Health?
From the main entrance, past Tim Horton’s turn left down the administration hall, turn right by the elevators and switchboard
Where is Human Resources?
From the main entrance, pass Tim Horton’s, turn left down the administration hall, last door on your left
Where is the Cafeteria?
Take main elevators to first level, turn right out of the elevators and then right again. Cafeteria is on your right hand side down the hall
Where is the CEO’s office?
From the main entrance, pass Tim Horton’s; turn left, down the administration hall. Administration office is on the right side.
Where is Public Relations?
From the main entrance, pass Tim Horton’s; turn left, down the administration hall. Public Relations is in the Administration office on the right side.
Where is the Medical Director’s office?
From the main entrance, pass Tim Horton’s; turn left, down the administration hall. Medical Administration office is on the right side.

Patient information can be obtained through switchboard, ext. 0 or the information desk in the main lobby, ext. 2110.
Parking
How much is parking?
Parking in the general visitor lot is $4.00 and emergency lot is $5.00
Where can I get change for parking?
Change for parking can be obtained from the change machines in the main lobby and in the emergency room.
Payments
Where do I pay outstanding bills?
Patient Accounts Cashier Office located on the second level, down the administration hallway – open Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
