Cardio-Respiratory Services, or the Cardio Respiratory Unit, is part of Diagnostic and Testing Services at the hospital. Located on Level 1 (basement), the unit offers a number of tests designed to measure heart and lung functions, including:
Cardiac Stress Testing: to diagnose and evaluate Coronary artery disease and rhythm abnormalities of the heart. Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Located in Level 1.
ECG: to diagnose disorders and rhythm of the heart. Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Located in Level 1.
Echocardiography: to diagnose disorders of the heart using ultrasound imaging Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Located in Level 1.
EEG:, to diagnose seizure and other brain disorders. Fridays 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Located in Level 1.
Holter Monitoring: to diagnose disorders of the heart using state of the art equipment and analyzing every heart beat. Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Located in Level 1.
Pulmonary Function Testing: to diagnose disorders of the lung. Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Located in Level 1.
