Are you posting for internal applicants only or can external applicants apply as well?

Postings are advertised internally and externally at the same time. As an employer of choice, and a unionized environment, we honor our commitments and must first consider internal applicants before we review and consider our external applicants.

I’ve applied so many times, why haven’t I gotten an interview?

We recognize that it may be frustrating to have applied for a position that you are interested in and to have not been contacted for an interview. While we appreciate all applications to our current job opportunities, we are only able to contact candidates who will be scheduled for an interview.

We select the most appropriate candidates who most closely meet the needs and the requirements of the position.

Do I need to fill out an application form?

No, you do not need to fill out an application form. Please follow the application process as indicated on our Careers page. Those scheduled for an interview will be required to complete and sign an application form when on site.

Did you receive my resume?

There is an automated response that is sent to a candidate thanking them for their application and interest in CMH when a resume is received. Be sure to check your “spam” if you do not receive a response to your email address.

What is the best way to submit my resume?

Only on-line resumes are accepted. Paper copies and faxed copies are no longer accepted. Please follow the application process on our Careers page.

To whom should I address my cover letter?

Please simply address your cover letter to “The Recruitment Team”.
