CMH’s Medicine B outbreak declared over

Cambridge, Ontario – Cambridge memorial Hospital, in consultation with Infection Prevention and Control and the Region of Waterloo Public Health, the outbreak on Medicine B has been declared over.  The outbreak was called on February 7 and made retrospective to January 25. This past week all Medicine B patients and staff were swabbed. The remaining were confirmed negative as of this morning. In total, two people were infected with COVID-19 from this outbreak.
