Region of Waterloo Public Health

The Region of Waterloo Public Health encourages all new moms, or those with breastfeeding questions to book an appointment within 24-48 hours after discharge to ensure things are going well at home, and answer any questions that may have come up. Our appointments are currently virtual or telephone- but we will see people in person if needed. As a reminder, nurses and clerks can all book appointments for patients as well!  Online booking now available!! It is the preferred method to book. www.regionofwaterloo.ca/breastfeedingclinic . Families can still call us at 519-575-4400 to book, but if it’s after hours (8:30-4:30, Mon-Fri), they will have to wait for a call back during business hours to book the appointment.
