Where do I park?
Patients and visitors can park in visitor lots #2, #4 and #5.
How do I enter hospital grounds?
There are two entrances and both are located on the south side (east bound lanes, hospital side) of Coronation Blvd. The first entrance is controlled by traffic lights and is nearest to the B Wing or west end of the hospital.
The second entrance is by the east end (C Wing). There is an opening in the boulevard allowing west bound drivers to access this entrance.
How do I access a parking lot?
To access Visitor Lots #2 and #5, use the entrance by the traffic lights. To access Visitor Lot #4, please use the entrance by C Wing.
Lot #2: This is a gated parking lot. You will need to press a button to lift the gate and get a parking ticket. This ticket will be used to pay for the time spent in the parking lot. For your convenience, you may also use your credit card to enter this lot. When you leave, you will use the same card.
Lot #4: This parking lot is also gated and can only be accessed from from the entrance by C Wing. You will need to press a button to get a parking ticket and lift the gate. This ticket will be used to pay for the time spent in the parking lot. For your convenience, you may also use your credit card to enter this lot. When you leave, you will use the same card.
Lot #5: This parking lot is ‘pay and display’, which means you will first park, pre-pay for the amount of time you need and display the ticket on the dashboard of your car.
Where do I park if the lot is full?
Parking should not be a problem for patients and visitors. If you do have a concern with parking, please contact Security in the Emergency Department. Cars parked illegally will be ticketed and may be towed.

Monthly parking rates are available exclusively to CMH patients or their family members when there is a need. Monthly parking is arranged by a CMH Social Worker and purchased through the Foundation Office.
How do I pay for parking?
Lot #2 – A pay station is located in the lot by the entrance. Bring your ticket with you so you can pay before getting into your car. If you use a credit card to enter the parking lot, you will not need to use the pay station. You will use the same credit card to exit the parking lot. If you leave within the first 15 minutes of arriving, you will not be charged for parking. Once you pay, you will have 15 minutes to leave the lot.
Lot #4 - A pay station is located inside C Wing by the Ambulatory Care entrance (covered entrance). If you use a credit card to enter the parking lot, you will not need to use the pay station. You will use the same credit card to exit the parking lot. If you leave within the first 15 minutes of arriving, you will not be charged for parking. Once you pay, you will have 15 minutes to leave the lot.
Lot #5 – This is a ‘pay and display’ parking lot. Park your car, pre-pay for the amount of time you need and then display the ticket on the dashboard of your car.
What happens if I lose my ticket?
You will be charged the full daily, maximum rate.
What happens if the gate does not work?
If the gate does not open or you are having problems exiting, you will be able to speak to someone who can help you by pressing a call button at both the entrance and exit gates.
